Loving What Is
It is a testimony to inner strength, faith and hope for the future, to love what is. What I mean by this is that no matter what you’ve been through, where you are going and where you have come from, loving life right where you are in this moment.
To live in abundance is something we all really want in our life experience. By Abundance, I mean to live with the flowing energy of fulfillment in every area of our life.
The Subconscious Connection
The first step is to know your deep subconscious belief systems by what is not showing up in your life. Or, what IS showing up in your life. Awareness is the first step to changing, transmuting and transforming limiting belief systems that keep you from your best life experience.
This Too Shall Pass
When suffering, it takes incredible faith and strength to overcome the feelings of the moment. I want to give you some ideas that assist me when I’m experiencing a challenge in life:
Your Tremendous Inner Strength
We have a choice when faced with difficult circumstances. We can choose to cower, to hide, to live like a victim. Or, we can choose to rise up.
The Humanitarian’s Heart
Having the heart of a humanitarian is living from the Heart of God. Being of service to one another in this way is honoring our lives so incredibly deeply!
Take a Step Forward
When we are busy looking at the past and bring those moments into our present, we can become completely paralyzed! Typically, when we look over our shoulder it is because of something we experienced that was negative. Our minds amplify traumatic events, hurtful moments and wounds, more than the joyful moments. This is the way our brain works in protecting us.
It's Up To You
It’s up to you. I recently explained this to a client of mine and want to share with you, too. Spiritual enlightenment, becoming unified with the divine, that’s up to you and up to me. See, The Universe is always the same. God does not change. No matter what happens in your life or mine, or anyone else’s, God is still God. Truth is still truth. It doesn’t matter the opinions of nay-sayers and false teachings. God does not waver from Who God Is.
The Power of Change
Change is inevitable. With every big change, like our recent Presidential Election, comes emotions, fear, doubts and grief, at times. However, for anything to grow, evolve and emerge, change must occur. Staying the same, staying stagnant doesn’t work.
Life of Joy
I remember this song very well from childhood. The truth is so profound. I heard a long time ago from a mentor of mine, Neale Donald Walsh, when he said one of the greatest things we can do to honor God for our lives is to live a life of joy.
The Joy of Charity
To give to another, is one of the greatest joys of being alive. Have you ever helped a homeless person with an offering of some sort, such as a hot meal or cup of coffee? Maybe a blanket or pair of shoes.. Or a bottle of water on a hot summer’s day?
The Source Within
It is a fact. The thing about facts and truth is that it matters not if you believe it or don’t. Truth is truth. It is unwavering based upon opinions and arguments. The truth about you, is that you have The Source Within you to draw from during your times of need, times of celebration and times of distress. TheSource of All Things has created you. On purpose. You are here with theSource to experience the grand expression of the human life.
Love Your Vessel
Our bodies are literal temples for the Divine, ever to flow in and through, expressed as You. This is a tremendous gift, these bodies of ours. We often don’t look at our bodies like a gift. The typical person in America looks at themselves and wishes something was different. Prettier. Skinnier. In better shape. Smaller nose. Bluer eyes. Whatever the case may be, that is not the point of this inspiration today.
